From The Outset & Throughout
- Weekly weigh-ins to be completed by the cut off day of each week in your personal training session (Thursday)
- Personal training sessions minimum of 1 per week - see training options for the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge here
- Group boot camp sessions as many per week as you like if you're on unlimited boot camp training - see training options for the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge here
- Body weight training program to follow every day
- Food diary to be completed every day & submitted to your personal trainer weekly in your personal training session
- Weekly challenges based on nutrition and training to keep you focused
Thursday 18 September
- START Day 1 - first day for initial weigh-ins & circumference measurements
- Nutrition Seminar (Introduction to food plan, food diary, weekly challenges | Weight Loss Myths | Food Groups, Preferred Foods & Serving Sizes) 7:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi (Shop 5/19 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi)
Saturday 20 September
- Weight Loss Challenge Participant ONLY Boot Camp (Includes introduction of exercises used in 50 Day Body Weight Program) 7:30am @ Glindemann Park, Logan Rd, Holland Park (Drive Fitness Holland Park boot camp location)
Thursday 25 September
- Nutrition Seminar (Foods to Avoid | Eating Out | Maximising Metabolism) 7:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi (Shop 5/19 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi)
Saturday 1 November
- Weight Loss Challenge Participant ONLY Boot Camp 7:30am @ Glindemann Park, Logan Rd, Holland Park (Drive Fitness Holland Park boot camp location)
Thursday 6 November
- FINISH Day 50 - last day for final weigh-ins & circumference measurements
Friday 7 November
- Drive Fitness Christmas Party & 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge Results Announcement 7pm @ Greenslopes Bowls Club
