A great opportunity to put your strength to the test! Lift your heaviest dead lift for 1 rep - this will be divided by your body weight to achieve your relative score.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Only people who train at Drive Fitness can join our Dead Lift Challenge - this is not an elite power lifting competition, it's a fun, social (& a little competitive) strength event for Drive Fitness clients. Chat to your trainer to start preparing today! We will work with you to develop correct & safe dead lift technique so you can participate in the challenge.
