WHEN IS IT?
Saturday 17 June @ 7:30am. We expect to have everything wrapped up by 9:30am including medal presentation. All weigh-ins will take place the week prior during your personal training session or at another time to be arranged with your trainer.
WHAT IS IT?
This is not an elite level power lifting competition - it's a friendly & social opportunity to test your strength and monitor the results of your strength training program. You will bench press the heaviest weight possible for 1 single rep - this will be divided by your body weight to achieve your relative score. Your score can be used as a bench mark to monitor your strength improvements. Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places and trophies for the heaviest lift for women & men.
