I lost 14.9kg and 10.3% of body fat in 10 weeks. I'm very happy with my results & I feel great. The 10 Week Transformation Challenge was a good length to change habits. I feel as if I can now keep to the diet and excercise regime and keep my current level of fitness.
Jared gave me food advice and kept me motivated to achieve my overall goal. My motivation also came from within and from the other trainers and clients I worked with at Drive Fitness over the whole 10 week period.
I am now at a point where I can focus on my next challenge ... Taking on an individual triathlon in 2018
