It can be done in addition to any existing personal training and boot camp training sessions in your own time. WHAT'S INCLUDED...

  • Sit up & plank text at start and finish. 
  • Ab workout to complete everyday for 3 weeks (YES, you have to do it everyday). Workouts will be roughly 5 min in duration.
  • Completely scalable for your current level of fitness, experience & strength - sets are time based so you dictate intensity to suit you.
  • FREE for Drive Fitness personal training clients as part of your Drive Fitness OPT (online personal training) subscription.
