Sam: We’ve been members of Drive Fitness for about 2 and half years.
Dave: We both joined Drive Fitness to address some health issues we were having and for general fitness. My achievements were to learn about the gym and the equipment at the gym and how to use it properly. Specifically I had a goal in mind to bench press 100kg and I’ve since done that. Overall I wanted to fix health issues such as my lower back and I’ve managed to overcome those injuries.
Sam: My main achievements would be improving my overall fitness and increasing my strength. One of things I’ve really enjoyed about training at Drive Fitness is the variety of different trainers at the boot camps and making new friends.
Dave: What I enjoy is being able to come to a personal training session and have them cater for 2 different people with very different goals. I've also learnt a lot about health management outside of the gym in terms of nutrition & eating and that's been really great.
The other great thing about training at Drive Fitness is the social events, weather that’s the bench press challenge, weight loss challenge or the social events that Drive Fitness runs outside of the gym. It's just a great community atmosphere and a great place to train.
“We found that exercising together we managed to spend more time with each other. I gained a new friendship group and the people that I train with have become really close friends. Drive Fitness & the whole team has just completely changed the way I see exercise in my life.”* - Laetitia & Peter
“The thing I’ve enjoyed most about training at Drive Fitness is being able to achieve my goal of doing 10 push ups on my toes - that was really exciting for me. The other this is getting back my self-confidence especially after having 2 kids it made me feel like my old self again and that was really valuable to me.”* - Jodi
