I have 2 young children and I’ve been at Drive Fitness since 2015. I recently moved house so I’ve just started training at the Jindalee studio and that also means I’ve trained with a few different trainers. I’ve found the results to be really consistent and similar.
My greatest achievement was completing the 10 Week Challenge about 18 months ago. I was already training at Drive Fitness, the 10 Week Challenge was coming up, my youngest child was about 18 months old and so I decided it was time to lose the baby weight so I thought I’d undertake the 10 Week Challenge
I had never been so committed to a weight loss program before and because of that I ended up losing 7kg, I gained 1kg of muscle and my overall body fat percentage decreased by 11.7% which was excellent! The thing that made me so successful during the 10 Week Challenge was my accountability to my personal trainer - that was the difference between any other weight loss program I had tried before.
The thing I've enjoyed most about training at Drive Fitness is being able to achieve my goal of doing 10 push ups on my toes - that was really exciting for me. The other this is getting back my self-confidence especially after having 2 kids it made me feel like my old self again and that was really valuable to me.
My overall experience of training at Drive Fitness is that I'm fitter and stronger than I have been in years. I've also learnt that consistency is key and that's what the team at Drive Fitness provide for me. Also, after having 2 kids I’m in the best shape of my life and that absolutely blows my mind and it still blows my mind just how effective personal training is.
