I’ve enjoyed watching my family benefit from training. We train together sometimes or even individually. For me seeing them reach their goals has been a big plus, I’ve enjoyed watching them succeed with what they want to do.

I’ve been coming to Drive Fitness for a little over 5 years. I started at Drive Fitness because I was wanting to improve my general fitness, work on my stamina and build up my strength a little bit.

I found that since doing that I’ve been able to achieve things that I hadn’t even considered. I started off coming to run club running with everyone, I’ve been able to do some of the Brigde to Brisbane (10kms) which have been fun and move on from there and I’ve just done my second Marathon. I did a personal best, a goal with that one so I was quite happy.

My greatest achievements that I’ve found since starting with Drive Fitness have been reaching personal goals with the strength components of bench press and dead lift. I’ve also had goals with the running and a side benefit has also been the social with the friendships I’ve made in the Drive Fitness community training with everyone.

What I’ve enjoyed about my time training at Drive Fitness is the friendships Ive made since I’ve started. Anther thing is also the rapport that I have with the trainers. I’ve had a few trainers since I’ve started and we have a good rapport. They are also very flexible and work in with my timetable which is good.

I’ve also enjoyed watching my family benefit from training. I think It’s motivated them to come along as welll and we train together sometimes or even individually. For me seeing them reach their goals has been a big plus, I’ve enjoyed watching them succeed with what they want to do.

“The thing I’ve enjoyed most about training at Drive Fitness is being able to achieve my goal of doing 10 push ups on my toes - that was really exciting for me. The other this is getting back my self-confidence especially after having 2 kids it made me feel like my old self again and that was really valuable to me.”* - Jodi

"I dropped 11.6kg over a 10 week period. I'm going to try and lose another 5kg over the next couple months and I've already signed up to compete in the Brisbane to Bridge 5km run in August."* - Darren
