I commenced the year of 2017 at a weight of 110.6kg and during my first 10 Week Transformation Challenge I dropped a modest 4.8kg which is where I stayed until this most recent challenge.
In this most recent 10 Week Transformation Challenge I managed to drop a further 10.3kg and get myself to a weight I have not been for many years. I've learned about how the body works & how exercise & diet work together.
Everyone thinks that personal training is "personal", well it is in once sense, but Drive Fitness is more than that. I believe that there is true sincerity from all the trainers who want each individual to do well (and not just because you are paying that person to perform a service). You dont get this at standard gyms.
I enjoy waking up and going to Drive Fitness!
