Please tell us about your results: My cardio fitness and muscle strength have both improved a lot. My weight has also gone from the mid 80 kilos to the mid 70 kilos.
Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Jesse [personal trainer] has worked out programs that improve my entire fitness level. There is a wide variety of exercises, some more enjoyable than others, but I am really happy with my results and Jesse is a great trainer and very motivating.
Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: I am really proud of myself for doing exercise on a regular basis and I actually miss not training regularly. It also helps me to keep healthy and also prevent other health issues.
Please tell us about your training highlights: I never thought I would have the strength and stamina to complete 20 laps of the sled in one session. I was totally exhausted but really proud of it. I even posted it on my Facebook page.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?: Occasionally Drive Fitness have special events such as the team rowing challenge. They are competitive and lots of fun as you get to meet lots of people from other Drive Fitness studios. I am competitive and it keeps me fit too.
Additional: The Big Boot Camp was great. It was like 4 different personal training sessions all rolled into one. It was really good working out with so many other people all at the same time. The trainers were really helpful. Some stations were really tough and I was aching all over at the end but I really enjoyed myself and would love to do it again.
