Since I’ve been training with Drive Fitness my strength and overall fitness have never been higher. While over the years I’ve been strong in various areas, I’ve never been able to put it all together. I’ve lost 8kg and have gained muscle mass.
The main reason I’m still training with Drive Fitness is the ability of the trainers to vary the program and keep it interesting. When I went to the gym I’d stick to exercises I know and invariably neglect other areas. Every time I think they can’t come up with something new they surprise us and the competitions are always fun!
Training with Bryce [Personal Trainer] and my mates is always fun and we push each other far harder than we’d do if we were training alone. Thanks [Bryce] for the banter and I look forward to the next challenge!
“The thing I’ve enjoyed most about training at Drive Fitness is being able to achieve my goal of doing 10 push ups on my toes - that was really exciting for me. The other this is getting back my self-confidence especially after having 2 kids it made me feel like my old self again and that was really valuable to me.”* - Jodi
