Drive Fitness is an amazing place to train and I honestly can’t imagine training anywhere else. There are some really great trainer’s who I’ve gotten to know and I’ve been able to meet some really great people who train there as well that I call my friends!

Please tell us about your results: This year has been pretty up and down for me but the one consistent thing that I have made sure to do is turn up every week for my 2 personal training sessions. Since joining Drive Fitness in June 2018 I have been involved in every challenge. I was involved in the 4 Week Workout Series where I placed 12th overall for the women, I've been involved in every 10 Week Transformation Challenge since joining and my goals are to lose weight and gain muscle - in the latest challenge I was able to gain 500g of muscle! I was also involved in my first Team Duathalon Challenge (Row & Ride) this year where our team came first in both the heat and the final - we even beat the trainer's time which felt like a big achievement!

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: I train with Sally and she is honestly one of the best trainer's I've had! She keeps me on track every week and knows how to push me during PT (personal training) to make sure I get the best possible session I can to achieve the results and goals I have. I would honestly be so lost without her - I value every bit of nutritional and training information that she gives me. I especially love having Sally as a trainer during the 10 Week Transformation Challenges - she is very supportive and motivational which keeps me on track to be able to achieve my goals. She definitely does not go easy on me and believes in my strength and abilities when even sometimes I don't! I will be training with Sally for as long as she is with Drive Fitness!!

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: When I achieve my goals it makes me feel really good about myself knowing that when I push myself, I can achieve whatever I set out to achieve - both mentally and physically. Achieving my results allows me to be able to make new and better goals for myself to become the best, strongest and fittest version I can be.

Please tell us about your training highlights: There have been lots of training highlights throughout my time at Drive Fitness. I have made a lot of new personal bests for myself from when I first started to where I am now. For example, when I first started training I was doing 90kg deadlifts and now I'm doing 115kgs. I also have little goals with Sally where, for example, during the 10 Week Transformation Challenge I redo the 4 Week Workout Series to see if I can beat the time/level from the first time I did it and I always do which shows how sticking to goals, consistent training and healthy eating can really make a difference on one's fitness.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?: Drive Fitness is an amazing place to train and I honestly can't imagine training anywhere else. There are some really great trainer's who I've gotten to know and I've been able to meet some really great people who train there as well that I call my friends!

“I have lost a total of 15kgs, I have stomped around stadiums, ran the 10km Bridge to Brisbane when I had signed up to walk it, smashed the 10 Week (Transformation) Challenge with an honourable mention and surprised myself with my success in various Drive Fitness challenges throughout the year.”* - Rachael

“During the 10 week challenge this year, I dropped a further 2 dress sizes, shed 4.8kg of fat and gained 400g of muscle. I would highly recommend the 10 week challenge as a program to transform your health, retrain your habits and learn to make better lifestyle choices."* - Robyn
