The Drive Fitness Team Duathlon (Row & Ride) hits our event schedule for the first time ever on Friday 10 May! Start getting a team together or chat to your trainer to join an existing team. All levels of fitness & rowing and riding experience welcome and encouraged to get involved. Come along and enjoy a social catch up (we’ll have food and Friday night drinks available), get some fitness & watch your trainers face off against each other in the trainer's race! HOW TO JOIN A TEAM?
Chat to your trainer at your next personal training or boot camp session OR Call me (Dave) on 0402 358 127 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS IT?
Mixed teams of 4 people (2 men & 2 women) will row 1000m in relay format (250m each) and then immediately ride 2000m in relay format (500m each) to achieve the fastest time possible. We’ll also have snacks & Friday night drinks available.
WHEN IS IT?
Friday 10 May @ 6:30pm. We expect to wrap up the event by 8pm-8:30pm including finals, trainer's race and medal presentation.

Drive Fitness Tarragindi (Shop 5/19 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi).
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Everyone who trains at Drive Fitness, all fitness levels, all levels of rowing & riding experience welcome. We would love to have you involved.
