We are launching recovery & mobility style sessions at Drive Fitness complimentary for all our clients (both personal training & boot camp). These Strengthen & Lengthen sessions will include a combination of trigger pointing, foam rolling, stretching, mobility & core strength exercises with a focus on helping you recover from your workouts, move better and stay injury free.
These sessions will take place on Wednesdays 7:30-8:15pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi & Thursdays 7:30-8:15pm @ Drive Fitness Jindalee starting next week on Wednesday 22 May. Bookings are open now and are essential. Sessions will need to have a participant limit due to space restrictions in our studios so don’t forget to book (www.drivefitness.pike13.com).
