The first ever Drive Fitness 4 Week Erg Series begins on Monday 13 April - 4 erg only workouts using the row, bike & ski, 1 a week for 4 weeks. WHO CAN GET INVOLVED?

All Drive Fitness clients are welcome and encouraged to get involved in the 4 Week Erg Series. It's not about winning but about taking on new challenges, having some fun and finding interesting ways to keep training exciting. If you're interested in participating let your trainer know so we can help you prepare. 

WHY SHOULD I GET INVOLVED?

The 4 Week Erg Series is a great way to add variety to your training program, boost motivation & challenge your fitness! You can use your results as your own fitness bench mark to monitor progress or you can compare your results with others (and your trainer) if you’re feeling competitive.

HOW IT WORKS...

  • Workouts are to be completed during your personal training session within the scheduled week - 1 workout each week for the 4 week period.

  • Workouts will only consist of the row, bike and ski and will include a variety of different formats and distances.

  • Workouts will be announced at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled start date.

  • Each workout will be scored at your Drive Fitness studio so you can see how your results compare with others if you’re interested.
