Please tell us about your results: After putting on a covid kilo or two I wanted to get my health and wellness back on track. My biggest focus was reducing body fat percentage and visceral fat. Both of which I achieved over the ten weeks [with 4.3kg / 6.1% of fat loss & 1.3kg of muscle gain].

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Brodie kept me accountable with both my exercise and food intake. He helped me bounce back after a day or two of gluttony.

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: I was so excited with my results. I love feeling stronger and fitter. Mostly I enjoy the meal plan. While I can commit to exercise, I usually take that as an excuse to eat whatever I like.

Please tell us about your training highlights: Last chance workouts are the worst! But still the best. Starting with training sessions on Monday morning and ending on Friday really helps with maintaining focus.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?: The meal plan was so easy to stick to and while I initially resisted the at home workouts, the 20 minute sessions really worked for me. The challenge was long enough to get a sense of achievement and really feel challenging. Thank you for all the support during the challenge. I loved it.
