The Drive Fitness Bench Press & Dead Lift Challenges will be done a little differently this year. Both will take place between the dates of Monday 23 November & Saturday 5 December with an adjusted format to fit with current circumstances (this new format may even suit you better than what we’ve done previously). Don’t miss your chance to put your strength to the test in this first of it’s kind strength challenge format! Find out more about these changes and all the details about the Drive Fitness Bench Press & Dead Lift Challenges here…

WHERE IS IT?

At your Drive Fitness personal training studio.

WHEN IS IT?

During your personal training session between the dates of Monday 23 November & Saturday 5 December.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Only Drive Fitness clients who have been training for a minimum of 12 weeks at Drive Fitness can participate. it's suitable for all levels of lifting experience and strength - chat to your trainer to find out how you can get involved.

WHAT IS IT?

An opportunity to put your strength to the test, monitor the progress of your strength training & compete with other Drive Fitness clients across all locations. It’s just for fun but also a little competitive (if you want it to be)…

You can choose to participate in either bench press or dead lift or both. You will be allowed 3 attempts at your 1 rep max and your heaviest successful lift will be divided by your body weight on that day to determine your relative score.

Dead lift and bench press can both be completed during the same personal training session or at separate sessions on different days if you prefer.

Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places across all Drive Fitness studios following the end of the challenge period.
