Introducing the Drive Fitness Grid - A NEW concept for 2021! The Drive Fitness Grid is a personal challenge where you compare your results with your own past performances. It’s a way to monitor your progress across multiple fitness & strength domains and to motivate yourself to chase improvement, perhaps in areas that you typically don’t prioritise. It’s not intended to be a competition with others, in fact it’s quite the opposite, you’re competing only with yourself. It spans the entire 2021 calendar year! Find out more and see The Grid here…

HOW DOES THE GRID WORK?

  • 15 challenges covering a variety of fitness modes including max strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning and more.

  • Challenges can be completed at any time during the 2021 calendar year and can be attempted as many times as you like.

  • Gold, silver and bronze targets are provided as a motivator but the focus should be on your own results and improving your performance over time.

  • Your personal trainer can help you prepare for the different challenges throughout the year and you can attempt them during your personal training sessions.

  • At the end of the year you can tally up how many gold, silver and bronze targets you achieved and see how much you’ve improved.
