When I first started at Drive Fitness back in November 2020 I was In a pretty bad way to be honest. I was around 87kg, I had no energy and I was struggling to get through the day.

I knew it was time for a change.

So, I reached out to Dave from Drive Fitness and signed up to the Jump Start (introductory offer).  

I remember feeling pretty scared about being judged and not being able to do the exercises as I hadn’t done much activity in a very long time.  I pushed my fear to the side and went along to my first personal training session with personal trainer Brad.  

After that first session I was hooked - I loved that I didn’t  need to be the perfect mum, the  perfect partner, the perfect daughter, the perfect friend or the perfect employee - I was free to be me - perfectly imperfect  There was no judgement at all. It was great fun!

And then I decided to add a bootcamp into my routine - so pretty much each Saturday since November I have  attended the Wavell Heights boot camp at 6am.  Which is also great fun - thanks personal trainer Jesse!!!

So, when the Drive Fitness 10 Week Transformation Challenge came up I jumped at the chance to be a part of it. It was a really great experience. The home workouts were very useful and practical and I really liked the personalised goals that were set for me - they really helped me stay on track every day.
