Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Focussing on the exercises I enjoy, Tom made sure I kept motivated at the gym. He also kept throwing out fun alternative exercises to increase my joint stability to allow me to lift heavier
Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: It's always great seeing results, and losing weight and increasing my overall health has been fantastic.
Please tell us about your training highlights: All the banter is great, getting the 50 cals on the bike in gold medal time (2:30?) was fun, despite being unable to train that day. All the light weight stabilisation exercises is great
Is there anything else you'd like to share?: I've tried to get most of my other friends in the area to join. It's a great little place with a good atmosphere and Tom makes me train properly, not just check myself out in the mirror and train biceps /triceps like I would at a large commercial gym
