I’ve loved every minute of training at Drive over the years. Starting off in 2014 barely being able to hold a 2.5kg weight or even finish an hour boot camp to achieving a deadlift personal best of 112.5kg last year and this year hopefully running my first half marathon.

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: My trainers have been amazing! The support and encouragement I have received has allowed me to achieve everything I wanted to plus more.

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: I’m so proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish. I’m the fittest, strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been and I’m loving absolutely every minute of it.

Please tell us about your training highlights: Definitely my strength progress over the past 4 years. Being able to achieve multiple personal bests across a number of challenges. Finally having the confidence to just have a go! The progress I’ve been able to make is amazing. 
Being able to finally run!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?: I’ve made some amazing friends while training at Drive and the support they give makes you believe you can achieve anything you want.
