One of the best parts of training with Drive Fitness is training with a few mates! It is a good excuse to catch up weekly. Instead of having a few beers with plenty of banter, we lift a few weights with plenty of banter. The trainers also get in on the act, we have a great time.

I have been training at Drive Fitness for a long time now, probably over 5 years (7 years & 4 months), at two different studios and with various different trainers.

One of the best parts of training with Drive Fitness is training with a few mates! It is a good excuse to catch up weekly. Instead of having a few beers with plenty of banter, we lift a few weights with plenty of banter. The trainers also get in on the act, we have a great time.

The challenges at Drive Fitness have helped me transform my fitness. The 10 (now 8) Week Challenges have taught me all about nutrition and consistency. I have been able to increase my muscle mass and reduce my fat percentage. It has been interesting reviewing the body scans and seeing the differences over the years.

The other challenges are also challenging and enjoyable, I have been able to personal best at the Bench Press competitions and have had lots of fun at the Studio challenges.

If you have ever thought about joining Drive Fitness, I can thoroughly recommend.
