Saturday 11 November 7:30am-9am. 

WHAT IS IT? 

A great opportunity to put your strength to the test! You’ll have 3 attempts to lift your heaviest dead lift for 1 rep. Your heaviest 1 rep max will be divided by your body weight to achieve your relative score. Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Only Drive Fitness clients can participate in our Dead Lift Challenge - this is a Drive Fitness community event, not an elite power lifting competition. It's a fun, social & a little bit competitive strength event for Drive Fitness clients. We will work with you to develop correct & safe dead lift technique so you can participate in the challenge.
