Saturday 16 November at 6am start.
WHAT IS IT?
A great opportunity to celebrate another year of fitness & catch up with everyone at Drive Fitness. It will involve a walk or run to the top of Mount Gravatt Outlook (roughly 4km including sealed paths and some moderately challenging trails), fruit provided at the summit for refreshments, followed by a return to the studio (round trip roughly 8km). for coffee, morning tea & presentations.
All fitness levels are welcome to join; we will have groups moving at different speeds and covering different distances ranging from as short as 4km round trip at walking pace on flat foot paths only through to extended distances running on trails. You’re welcome to just join us for coffee and morning tea following if you prefer too.
During the coffee and morning tea back at the studio we will have our short end of year client of the year presentations and a chance to catch up with everyone.
6am meet at Drive Fitness Tarragindi to discuss the track and form groups for the different speeds and distances
6:15am commence walk / run
6:45-7:15am arrive at the top of Mount Gravatt Outlook where fruit will be provided for refreshments
8am(ish) return to the studio for coffee and morning tea and presentation of client of the year awards
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
All Drive Fitness clients and a partner or a friend are invited to join us. We will have groups moving at different speeds and completing different distances to allow for all fitness levels to be involved. We would love to see you there! If you’re unsure if this will be suitable for you please feel welcome to contact me.
HOW TO JOIN?
Please join us by booking in online using your Drive Fitness account by Saturday 2 November. If booking for a partner or friend who is not a Drive Fitness client please contact me so I can make them a guest account. Booking in will help us with catering the morning tea and knowing how many groups we will need on the day.
WHAT TO BRING?
Wear shoes appropriate for walking or running on trails, sports shoes with good grip recommended
Water bottle
Sun protection
Mobile phone and a way to carry this comfortably during the walk / run
