Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change & the reps vary but there is one thing you know for certain; it's deliberately & unapologetically tough! With a 25min time limit complete exercise 1, followed by exercise 2 then 1, followed by exercise 3,2,1, then 4,3,2,1 so on and so forth until exercises 12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 or 25min expires.

4. 4 kettlebell sumo dead lift high pulls (24/16kg)
5. 5/side kettlebell plank reach outs (any bell)
6. 6/side kettlebell gorilla row (20/16kg)
7. 7/side kettlebell split squats (12/8kg)
8. 8/side one arm push press press (12/8kg)
9. 9/side kettlebell Russian twist (12/8kg)
10. 100m suitcase carry (20/12kg)
11. 11 kettlebell swings (20/12kg)
