The Drive Fitness Tough Mudder Team is booked in for obstacle course training from 9:00-10:30am next Sunday 28 July at Nerang Country Paradise (231 Beaudesert-Nerang Rd, Nerang). Session cost is only $25 and includes 90min of obstacle course practice and training from experienced obstacle course instructors.
If you have missed out on a bus seat or you are making your own way to the event you can still register as part of the Drive Fitness team & join us for our team BBQ after the event.
On Sunday 21 July we will be meeting for our 2nd trail walk for 2013. We will be meeting at Mount Cootha again however this time we will be starting from the Bielby Road entrance to the forest.
