Bring a friend along with you to any personal training or boot camp session during February and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit to how many sessions you can bring the same friend to or how many different friends you can bring along - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like!

Our scores are on the whiteboard at your personal training studio to give you a target - try to beat you trainer (how hard could that be, really?!?). Congratulations to everyone who took part in the 2017 Dead Lift Challenge on Saturday 18 November! Thank you to everyone for making it such a great event - it was one the best ever atmospheres I've experienced at a Drive Fitness strength challenge over the last 10 years. We saw the Drive Fitness record broken for women's relative score from Belinda Sutherland (2.192) & women's biggest lift from Jess Pearce (137.5kg) plus too many personal bests to count!
