Friends train Free is back! Show your friends what we do at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with training. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during September 2022 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.

Congratulations to all competitors for taking on 4 incredibly tough workouts including what has been unanimously agreed amongst the trainers as the toughest workout in the 7 year history of the 4 Week Workout Series (we discovered that calories on the row & ski are not easy after heavy dumbbell sets in workout 3).
