You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or boot camp sessions during September 2023 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.

The total score for the 4 week workout series is calculated by adding together your places for all 4 workouts - lower total score the better.
