The format includes 3 workouts held across 3 weeks to be done in your personal training sessions, all workouts will be a race against as 25min clock to achieve a total accumulated time and your place at the finish line - if you reach it. in July 2016, during the 2nd Annual 4 Week Workout Series we introduced a one-off format change that remains a one-and-only in Drive Fitness history, an unexpected 5th workout final. Only the top 10 men and top 10 women from the first 4 workouts were invited to compete in this head-to-head event to determine the overall winner of the series. It hadn’t been done before and hasn’t been done since.
