Work as hard as possible for 20 seconds (don't worry about keeping count of reps) followed by 10 seconds rest, repeated for 8 sets in total of the same exercise before moving on to the next exercise. Allow 1 minute rest between exercise. .

For your star jumps aim to land with your feet wider than shoulder width and return as close as possible together. Aim to take your arms above shoulder height and return to beside the body.
