  • 10 Push Ups

  • 10 Star Jumps
  • 10 Sit Ups

Scaling Down.

Drop your push ups to the knees, squat only as low as you can go comfortably and sit up only as high as you can go comfortably. 

Technique Tip!

For your star jumps aim to land with your feet wider than shoulder width and return as close as possible together. Aim to take your arms above shoulder height and return to beside the body.

Got Equipment? 

If you have suspension bands, a chin up bar or something to hang under and pull yourself up from add 10 star jumps followed by 10 chin ups or body rows after the sit ups.
