WEEK 6 CHALLENGE!
Every week of the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge we are going to give you something to focus on.
EAT VEGETABLES AT EVERY MEAL.
Try to find a way to eat vegetables with every meal and snack. This may require trying new vegetables and/or using vegetables in ways that you haven't before.
COMPLETE AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 10 MINUTES.
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats
- 20 Mountain Climbers
SCALING DOWN.
For burpees just get flat on the ground anyway possible that's comfortable for you then get back to your feet however you can.
TECHNIQUE TIP!
The goal of a burpee is to get flat on the ground face down and then back to standing followed by a jump, clapping the hands above the head while in the air. Try to make the movement as fast and as smooth as possible.
