COMPLETE AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 10 MINUTES.
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats
- 20 Hop Ins
For burpees just get flat on the ground anyway possible & then get back to your feet however you can.
What's a hop in? It's like a mountain climber but with both feet together. Start in a push up position on your hands and toes and hop both feet in as far as possible towards the arms while keeping the hands firmly planted on the floor. Hop back out as fast as possible and repeat (& enjoy).
