NOTES
Work as hard as possible during the mountain climbers & star jumps and recover during the rest.
TECHNIQUE TIP!
Mountain Climbers: Try to get your knees as close as possible to your arms. Think of an imaginary line drawn between your thumbs as the target for your knees to pass over then return your legs to a fully extended position.
Star Jumps: start with your feet inside the width of your shoulders and arms by your side. Finish with your feet outside the width of your shoulders and arms above the height or your shoulders.
