The 3rd Annual Drive Fitness Dead Lift Challenge is only 2 weeks away - taking place Saturday 26 October. This is our last strength event for 2013, don't miss out on being involved in what will be a fun, social morning with just the right amount of friendly competitiveness thrown in. What is it
A fun fitness event and morning tea where we support each other to achieve the best strength results possible. It's essentially a test of your strength to help you monitor your improvements and set new goals. Challenge yourself to lift as much as possible for 1 single rep.
Who can participate
Everyone that trains at Drive Fitness is invited to be involved. We will help you develop technique and strength so you can safely participate on the day.
When is it
Saturday 26 October starting at 7:30am sharp. All weigh in's will be done during the week prior in your personal training sessions to help the event flow more smoothly.
Where is it
Drive Fitness Tarragindi at shop 5 / 19 Kuring Gai Ave Tarragindi.
How is a winner determined
Although the focus of the challenge is for everyone to strive for individual personal bests we do like to acknowledge the best results on the day.Your score is determined by dividing your biggest successful lift for a single rep by your body weight. Medals will be awarded for men's and women's 1st, 2nd & 3rd and trophies awarded for biggest absolute men's and women's lifts.
