I started training at Drive Fitness after not exercising for quite a few years. I noticed that my health & fitness was slowly getting worse & my joints were starting to get sore and I knew I had to do something about it.

I've now been training at Drive Fitness for over 10 years and during that time I have improved my health, strength & fitness significantly. I have achieved a personal best 72.5kg bench press & 140kg dead lift and I'm still looking for more. I feel fitter & healthier and my lower back and other joints haven't felt this good in years.
