Please tell us about your results: Over the last year I have lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of strength and fitness. Overall I feel a lot more balanced and happy.
Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Nathan Dietrich [Personal Trainer] is an excellent personal trainer: all his sessions are very good, with a great variety of exercises. He always motivates you to make your best effort but also is very attentive as to not injure yourself. He also looks very well after the health and safety in the gym. On top of that he is also a very nice person with whom it is easy to relate on a personal level.
Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: I feel a lot fitter, stronger and happier and have a lot more energy.
Please tell us about your training highlights: Noticing that my weight was under 100 kg for the first time in years and that my beer gut has almost disappeared.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?: I'm a sixty five year old man and for men that age it is not an easy decision to go to a gym where the clientele often consists of much younger, fitter and better looking people. In this gym [Drive Fitness personal training studio] I feel completely at ease, mainly also because of Nathan's excellent approach.
