I have been attending Drive Fitness and being personally trained by Mike from Jindalee for over 3 years. I don’t get involved normally in the [10 Week Transformation] Challenges however this time I thought I really need to change my eating habits as Mike has been telling me food is part of the heathy lifestyle. So I agreed to participate in the recent [10 Week Transformation] Challenge. I was so proud to see I have lost 5kgs and changed the way I eat which was the most important thing. Thanks Mike and team for the inspiration.
Mike constantly reminded me it was my food habits that needed to change. I didn’t believe him until I actually started the challenge and seeing my body was transforming.
I’m so proud of myself for actually sticking to something and seeing the results.
