I was flat, lazy and unmotivated, didn’t sleep much and was eating whatever. Now, I quit high sugar foods, soft drinks, I’m off the couch, I sleep better, I feel better. I’m not sore when I play sport. I feel great. For years I was 90+ kg, now down to 85kg. I was 19% or 20% body fat, now down to 13% or 14% but aiming for under 10%.

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Sally has pushed me each session, she knows exactly what I want out of training and doesn't waste time getting results. From week 1 to week 10 she motivated and encouraged me to push my limit and get the results I want. To this point I have finished the 10 Week Transformation Challenge and gone another 10 weeks. Great way to spend a Monday night. Thanks Sal.

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: Results are more than just losing weight. For me, my results were, energy, correct food choices, motivation and meeting new people. Yes, I lost weight and changed my body shape and dropped body fat but that wasn't my only reason for taking the steps and joining the Drive Fitness family.

Please tell us about your training highlights: Feel stronger. Fitter and healthier. To be told I look younger than I am is great. Got the confidence to get the shirt off and go swimming now. But my main highlight would be not vomiting after 12 exercises of Christmas.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?: Don't sit and say you don't have time. Its half hour out of your day. Pretty stoked to be apart of this club.
