Well done Transformation Challengers for your awesome commitment over the 8 week period! As always we’ve seen so many great results and we’re amazed at what you’ve all achieved. This is particularly the case since this challenge ended up being less than 8 weeks in total (closer to 7) due to public holidays pushing our start date into mid week and a Thursday/Friday finish date. Deciding on a single winner from so many great results is such an incredibly difficult task. Our intention of running the 8 Week Transformation Challenge is not just to acknowledge our winners but to provide a powerful motivator to help everyone take action with their health & fitness goals both during the 8 week period and beyond. With that kept in mind we hope you’ve taken something positive away from the 8 Week Transformation Challenge and achieved something you’re proud of.

Our 8 Week Transformation Challenge focuses on total body composition change, not just weight loss in kilograms. To determine our winners we look at muscle mass, fat mass, % body fat, circumferences, progression towards healthy body composition targets, previous challenge history and individual body composition goals going into the challenge.
