I originally came to see Sally at Drive Fitness in 2019. My father had recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis and I wanted to add weights into my exercise routine. I was also struggling with pelvic instability, back pain and leg pain, resulting from pregnancy and years in a job that was mainly sitting down.

Working with Sally over the past 3 years has made a tremendous difference to my overall health and wellbeing. Her support to increase my core stability as well as my overall strength has been more successful in managing my ongoing issues than any money or time I've spent with massage therapists and physios. I've seen that her expertise in biomechanics has really supported me with whole-body improvements, and this has made my life much easier... and has allowed me more strength and fitness for weekends camping and bushwalking.

I've recently encouraged my husband to visit her as well, as he was suffering from mysterious random back injuries (he also has a job with too much sitting).
