WHEN IS IT?

Saturday 15 July @ 7:30am. We expect to have everything wrapped up by 9am. All weigh-ins will take place the week leading up to the challenge during your personal training session or at another time to be arranged with your trainer. 

WHAT IS IT? 

This is a social (and a little bit competitive) opportunity to put your strength to the test and monitor the results of your strength training. You will have 3 attempts to bench press the heaviest weight possible for 1 single rep - this will be divided by your body weight to achieve your relative score & result.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Only Drive Fitness clients can participate in  the Drive Fitness Bench Press Challenge. lt's suitable for all levels of lifting experience - chat to your trainer to start preparing.

HOW TO BOOK IN?

You can book in using your Drive Fitness account (Pike13). Login to your account, click enrol, navigate to the correct date and join the Bench Press Challenge.
