Please tell us about your results: I’ve been training at Drive Fitness for 13 years and I recently won the 8 week transformation challenge! I lost 4.4 kg of fat and gained 700g of muscle in 8 weeks. I wanted a life change in my diet that I could stick to and be healthier.
Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Tom and Dave where so supportive! They both helped my understand food and calories. They both helped me make better food choices and helped me exercise and gave me a plan to help keep on track. I had the Drive fitness app to count my calories and track exercise, that was easy to use.
Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: After doing the challenge I feel motivated to keep going. I feel more accountable for the food I eat and how much I put into my fitness. Tom is still supportive and helping me reach my next goal. I feel so positive with the understanding and knowledge Drive fitness gave me.
Please tell us about your training highlights: My highlights in my training are having Tom push me to do better. He is a great cheerleader to have as a PT. Thank you 😊
