Please tell us about your results?

I have been training with Drive fitness for about 8 years now and have loved both personal training with some great trainers like Nate, Jesse and Tom and boot camp sessions in that time.  I enjoy the transformation challenges especially at the start of the year as a great way to re-set after the Christmas/New Year party season and set the tone for the rest of the year.

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results?

’m always pretty chuffed to get an honourable mention and was blown away to have won it this year dropping 5.2% body fat and gaining 1.8kg of muscle in 8 weeks!

Tom has been a champion keeping me motivated and my training consistent, challenging and varied.  Importantly he has kept me moving forward in my training when I have any niggles or strains providing great work around strategies and mobility advice to help me heal.  He’s a great cheerleader, and I think he was even more excited when I won the challenge than I was!

Please tell us about your training highlights ?

 As I’ve said the fact that I am still setting and reaching goals.  I’ve always loved deadlifts so reaching a PB of 160kg was pretty cool too (thanks Jesse).
