Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change & the reps vary but there is one thing you know for certain; it's deliberately & unapologetically tough! Checkout the full workout here…

With a 25min time limit complete exercise 1, followed by exercise 2 then 1, followed by exercise 3,2,1, then 4,3,2,1 so on and so forth until exercises 12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 or 25min expires.

7. 7 Kettlebell High Pulls (20kg/12kg)
8. 8 Lateral Sit Outs / Side
9. 9 Mountain Climbers / Side
10. 10 TRX Rows
11. 11 Weight Plate Ground to Overheads (15kg/10kg)
