Wanted to send through a big thank you for the last few months. 

Yesterday I did my final scan, and was stoked with the results. In the last 4 weeks I’ve lost 1.8kg fat, and gained 0.9kg of muscle, with body fat percentage dropping from 26.3% down to 24.1%. 

I’m 1kg shy of the lowest ever body fat reading since I started at Drive Fitness, and 200g off the highest ever muscle reading!!

The main metrics I’ve been watching from that initial scan was the Segmental Circumference, with my abdomen dropping by 5cm, and everywhere else dropping 1-3cm. Stoked! And visceral down to 7.

Liam has been amazing in PT, so a big thank you to him also. And really enjoying Kyle’s bootcamp classes at Camp Hill also. You have a wonderful team, and it makes all the difference. 

Hope you have a great end of year celebration on Saturday. I’ll be tearing up the dance floor at my brothers wedding in Sydney - and grateful for all the cardio gains over the last few months!
