WORKOUT 1 - 300 Rep Chipper
With a 25 minute time limit complete the exercises in order. All 50 reps must be completed before moving on to the next exercise. Your score Is your time taken to complete all 300 reps.
50 Push Ups Hand Release (toes/knees)
50 Kettlebell Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls (20kg/12kg)
50 Bulgarian Bag Travelling Lunges (12kg/7kg)

50 Medicine Ball Squat Press (9kg/6kg)

WORKOUT 2 - 5 Rounds For Time (20min time cap)
Complete 5 rounds as fast as possible with a 20min time cap. Your score is the time taken to complete all 5 rounds.
10 dumbbell ground to overhead / 5 each arm (15kg/10kg)
50m farmers walk (20kg/10kg)
10 dumbbell ground to overhead / 5 each arm (15kg/10kg)
50m waiters walk (20kg/10kg)
WORKOUT 3 - BIKEERG TIME TRIAL & HANG
Complete a BikeERG time trial of 4km for men and 3.2km for women THEN within 30 seconds transition to an overhand grip hang for time. Your score is your time taken to complete the BikeERG minus the time you hang for.
BikeERG (4km men/3.2km women), damper setting of your choice but can only be set at the start and then not adjusted.
30 second transition
Overhand grip hang for as long as possible (2 hands must stay in contact with the bar at all times)
WORKOUT 4 - TIMED CIRCUIT FOR MAXIMUM REPS
Complete each exercise for 1 minute with a 1 minute rest at the end of the round, repeated for 3 rounds. There is no extra transition time between exercises. Your score is the total number of reps achieved at the end of all 3 rounds.
