The Drive Fitness Tri-Phase Gauntlet begins on Monday 20 July. The format includes 3 workouts held across 3 weeks to be done in your personal training sessions, all workouts will be a race against as 25min clock to achieve a total accumulated time and your place at the finish line - if you reach it. Phase 1:

  • 1000 Row

    • 3 Rounds

      • 10 Hand Release Push Ups (toes/knees)

      • 20 Med Ball Slams (9kg/6kg)

      • 30 Weighted Bag Travelling Lunges (17kg/12kg) (15 each leg)

  • 1000m Row


Phase 2:

  • 2000m Bike

    • 3 Rounds

      • 10 Dead Ball Over The Shoulder (25kg/20kg)

      • 20 Dumbbell Squat Press (2x12.5kg/2x8kg)

      • 30 TRX Row

  • 2000m Bike


Phase 3:

  • 1000m Ski

    • 3 Rounds

      • 10 Burpees

      • 20 Kettlebell High Pull (24kg/16kg)

      • 30 Dumbbell Single Arm Ground To Over Head (12.5kg/8kg) (15/arm)

  • 1000m Ski


HOW DOES THE TRI-PHASE GAUNTLET WORK?

  • Complete 3 workouts, 1 a week for 3 weeks in your personal training sessions

  • Each workout will be individually timed

  • Your time from all all 3 workouts will be added together to achieve your total accumulated time

  • Each phase must be completed in 25min or under

  • Overall winners and second and third places for both male and female will be awarded with medals

  • All Drive Fitness clients welcome and encouraged to take on the Tri-Phase Gauntlet!
