A combined total of over 260kg was lost in last year's weight loss challnge & this year is going to be even better! The Drive Fitness 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge is FREE to join as long as you are doing a 1 personal training every week during the challenge. This is when your compulsory weigh in, goal monitoring & reassessment and food diary submission will all take place. You will have access to free nutrition seminars, weight loss challenger only boot camp sessions, daily body weight workout program and more. Registration will officially open on the 2nd of September and numbers will be limited. Congratulations Drive Fitness Tough Mudders for surviving Tough Mudder Sunshine Coast on Saturday. All Drive Fitness team members completed the course without injury and from all reports so far the obstacles and fitness component of the event were handled without too much difficulty. This is a credit to your hard work and preparation leading up to the event. Don't be fooled, Tough Mudder is HARD - if you found it comfortable you were just very well prepared to take on and overcome the challenge!

It's finally here - TOUGH MUDDER IS THIS SATURDAY! You should have received an email from Tough Mudder HQ with all the details - if you didn't receive anything make sure you double check your registration was completed and paid. Click here for a quick link to the full event info packet. Remember to allow about 90mins for travel plus factor in time for traffic and parking then the 20min walk from the car park to the event start line.
